Great page ! As I don't smoke, I know how pretty girls are attracted with... well, it did not work for me :-) (except the most beautiful woman of the world). I'm not a huge fan of Frazetta's comics but I like this very much.
I, too, am not a huge fan of Frazetta's comics. I've always felt like they had great potential, but were too derivative of Hal Foster, and didn't evolve beyond that. But this example and the pages he did for the Warren magazines in the 60s were terrific. They were pure Frazetta, confident and stylish. He kind of gave up on comics just as he was getting to be one of the best.
what about his work in those silly love comics, man, some of his finest brush and ink work can be seen in those imo. and Ghostrider too, i actually saw one of those original covers in person and it was just incredible.

My name is Thom Buchanan.
I'm an artist and photographer.
People are my favorite subjects to portray in art and photos. My wife (and studio partner) has called that my 'people skills', as I've been passionately creating portrait studies for many years.
I refer to myself as a pictorialist, a combination of image-making and journalist. Images are my life.

Well, I don't know all his comics stuff but a cover is not a comics page :-)
I believe i read somewhere Frank said this ad was actually his very last sequential illustrative work. His final comics.
Huh, I coulda sworn that this came before his 'Werewolf' story for Warren, but that's just based on a decades old memory.
