Alluring As a Glimpse of Paradise

'There he found her. . . bathed by the Golden Fountain of the Sun. . . the wild girl, adored by all the creatures of the forest. . . Radiant, beautiful. . . nude as a nymph, her song filled the woodland 'til man found the way!'

Whew, heady stuff. The book Green Mansions by WH Hudson, was adapted to a movie, then turned into a comic book—Rima, the Jungle Girl.

The promo above was red hot and beats out all other versions to my way of thinking.

About Me

My photo
Thomas Haller Buchanan
My name is Thom Buchanan. I'm an artist and photographer. People are my favorite subjects to portray in art and photos. My wife (and studio partner) has called that my 'people skills', as I've been passionately creating portrait studies for many years. I refer to myself as a pictorialist, a combination of image-making and journalist. Images are my life.
