Space Odyssey
Robert McCall was probably most famous to the general public (whether they knew his name or not) as the artist who painted the poster art for Kubrick's 2001: A Space Odyssey. He actually painted a group of images. This is one that is not seen quite as often as the others:
Magnificent - I had this poster when it first came out, it was huge and I went to see 2001 at least 16 times when it was at the Cinerama theater in Pittsburgh. Wish I still had the poster!!!
