K.O. ?

Knute (K.O.) Munson is pretty well known as a pin-up artist of the '40s and '50s. His incomplete biography relates that he was a student of Andrew Loomis at the Art Institute of Chicago, and was in mainstream illustration before finally specializing in pin-up pastels.

It seems that his early commercial work is rare to identify, but I believe this cover (cover to the illustrations shown in last post) is by Knute Munson. Nowhere inside the magazine do I see a credit for the cover, but between his signature and that the art appears to have a Loomis influence, well I'm taking a leap that it's an early K.O. Munson. He would have been 31 at this time.
