At the rate that my computer repair is taking, I might as well take in my shingle, go out of business and go bankrupt. I'll be the guy you see pushing a grocery cart around town while using an iPad.
1. they will always say that it can be repaired quickly- lie #1
2. they will always say that it is the first on their list- lie #2
3. they will always say that it really will be done by tomorrow- lie #3
4. when you finally get it back one to two weeks later (original estimate 3 days) they will say that they had been swamped by work lie #4 and that your computer is old and hard to work on - possible truth.
LOL, I'm not going to do this, but I bet you if you google 'homeless person with IPad' a lot of dedicated information will come up.

You called it correctly, James, point by point. 'Cept maybe that very last thing—if it's still on warrantee, it ain't too old—to my way of thinking.
