This image reminds me of the movie, Flying Down to Rio, the first movie with both Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers. They weren't even the stars, but they "stole" the show. Women dancers were "footed" to the wings for their performances. I'm not even sure how they managed to film it! It's a fun movie to watch.
