Greiffenhagen was one of the illustrators of the “deluxe” edition of H. Rider Haggard's She, and did the illustrations for the the first editions of Ayesha and of She and Allan. His work on She was especially noteworthy; unfortunately, the inferior work for that same edition is often mis-attributed to Greiffenhagen.
Daniel, you just reminded me that once you offered to share some sort of 'She' material. That offer got lost in my rush to deadlines. If it still holds true, let me know.
I'll need to do some scanning or dig-up wherever I stashed those scans that I've done, and right now I have some conflicting commitments, but I'd be glad to send the scans to you when I've done/found them.
(I have a long-run project that will use them, so you shouldn't feel obligated to use any.)

My name is Thom Buchanan.
I'm an artist and photographer.
People are my favorite subjects to portray in art and photos. My wife (and studio partner) has called that my 'people skills', as I've been passionately creating portrait studies for many years.
I refer to myself as a pictorialist, a combination of image-making and journalist. Images are my life.
