yeah i'd say RGK might have liked Lindsay a bit! what's not to like thoughm he was great! this is areally nice piece. are there ANY affordable books on him? everytime i see one it's $100 or more, sometimes much more.

There have been a few 'lesser' books, but out of print, I think--at used book stores for around $40. But the impressive tomes are way out my reach. Maybe this is a guy that Dover will get around to reprinting.

Illustration Magazine published an issue with some Lindsay's work. I'm waiting for it in my mailbox :-)

Dover reprinting them? Ha! Not while Lindsay's estate/heir's has control of them! Bud Plant has a number of volumes for sale, but like you they're too expensive...
