I've seen this guy's work before, but I guess I just lumped him in with Waterhouse. Well now that I have a name to go with it, I've been stocking up via Google images like theres no tomorrow. It's like you've opened the flood gates for me.

It's surprising how few Drapers you can find in museums. There should be something of his in every major museum. I don't know why he never achieved an Alma Tadema level of recognition. Anyway, great post.
Tom, not just the museums. Why in the world that more books aren't available for him and a hundred and one other fabulous artists is beyond me.
