Hi Thom, I saw the title at my blog, and laughed. Then, I clicked into your blog, and saw the strip. I don't get the paper any more, but when I did, this was also one of my favorite strips, partly because I have a teenager, and partly because the writer's observations are usuallyly accurate, and both humorous and poignant. We had one of the comics on my refrigerator for the longest time, and now I'm wondering where it is. Thanks for posting this!
I consistently find relevance in the Zits strip, so many times the characters are my daughter, my wife and me. Just when I think we're the only ones going through a situation, well there it is in Zits. I've got a bunch more of these to post that ring true. And Borgman's art is terrific!

My name is Thom Buchanan.
I'm an artist and photographer.
People are my favorite subjects to portray in art and photos. My wife (and studio partner) has called that my 'people skills', as I've been passionately creating portrait studies for many years.
I refer to myself as a pictorialist, a combination of image-making and journalist. Images are my life.
