Lepape lived in the same town as Russell Flint - the one where all the women wear big, fluffy skirts and no tops.

I've seen this image described elsewhere as being from the Lepape/Regnier L'Initiation vénitienne, but it isn't! I have a copy of the 1929 limited edition (and it it isn't there). Lepape's illustrations for this book were done in a less harsh quite different style:
