I've seen this image described elsewhere as being from the Lepape/Regnier L'Initiation vénitienne, but it isn't! I have a copy of the 1929 limited edition (and it it isn't there). Lepape's illustrations for this book were done in a less harsh quite different style:

My name is Thom Buchanan.
I'm an artist and photographer.
People are my favorite subjects to portray in art and photos. My wife (and studio partner) has called that my 'people skills', as I've been passionately creating portrait studies for many years.
I refer to myself as a pictorialist, a combination of image-making and journalist. Images are my life.

Lepape lived in the same town as Russell Flint - the one where all the women wear big, fluffy skirts and no tops.
