Hi, Thom. Jeff Jones took to using Catherine as his middle name, not his first name.
Ah, yes, of course. Historically then I think it's still appropriate to just use first and last, since so much of her work was created under that name. Thanks.
I see I used the wrong pronoun twice. My bad.
