That's obviously Ralph Vaughan Williams (he even has his own monogrammed throne) but who are the other two? Is it Elgar? And who's that dozing off?

Yes, the middle one is Edward Elgar. I'm working on the other one.

I might make a guess on that dozing fellow as Sir Hubert Parry, but the body features don't quite line up. An English composer by any other name . . ?

I think it's Adrian Boult, conductor and champion of both RVW's and Elgar's music. But what has the poem to do with the picture?
