Thx for your post, I really enjoy your blog. Long time lurker, first time commenter, you know the drill. I tried to share this one time before, I don’t think it posted correctly…hopefully it will this time!

Hi Thomas, i'm 4 years late to this particular post but somehow still in the right ballpark area, so firstly i'd like to wish you a very Happy 2016! but mainly I was just wondering if you could shed some light on the name of the artist responsible for this illustration, I can see that it is initialled LE..but I have no idea what the letters stand for..the reason that I am curious is because it looks incredibly similar to an illustration which I had posted on my own blog a while ago, however, mine is by an artist named Alan Parry and I scanned the image from an issue of Rave magazine which was published in 1967..if you take a quick look, i'm sure that you will see the similarity http://sweetjanespopboutique.blogspot.ie/2015/09/the-aubrey-beardsley-influence-alan.html
